Dagerow
"Small sample but pass gm still leaves a bit to be desired for #Huskers accuracy has been an issue a few times today for Armstrong Dave Revsine (@BTNDaveRevsine) August 18, 2014" In my opinion, getting a different prespective from non NU media and coaches is important to understanding the progress made at the qb position. Haspula
Not surprised. He's not a good passer 1 Quote Link to comment
tmfr15
I guess I will take the bait and get on the negative train. That's what we have lacked at QB. T-Mart was known for his struggles. Armstrong appears to have some difficulties along with Stanton and probably Fyfe too. And that's to say nothing about Bush and Darlington. I am concerned about this news. But it's not really new news. Quote Link to comment
I AM FOOT FOOT
a QB who can do all the QB stuff would be cool for once. we need a Ganz arm on Lord legs. Quote Link to comment
huskerenner
Wishbone? Play to our strengths. Quote Link to comment
tmfr15
What's frustrating is that we don't need Joe Freaking Montana. We just need a guy to distribute the ball with short passes, and glorified laterals on the run so that our play makers can get involved. Some of the concepts that Tim runs are freaking great, but if you can't execute the throw, it doesn't matter how wide open people are it's going to be #FAIL 1 Quote Link to comment

carlfense
Hell, I'd just take Joe Ganz again. 2 Quote Link to comment
tmfr15
Man, you ain't kidding with that Taylor talk.... unless you aren't talking Zac. That guy could fling it. And man did he want to run. He just looked horrible doing it. Still love the guy to death. He's probably my favorite NU quarterback since the Frazier, Frost, Brook glory years. Quote Link to comment
HuskerCarter
I love the fact that Dinardio called Tommy Armstrong, the corn-back. Quote Link to comment
TheSker
I think the words "small sample" are important to note.......as well as information about working on 2nd and 3rd & longs today. Quote Link to comment
lo country
Hell, I'd just take Joe Ganz again. Joe with 2009 D equals MNC. 2 Quote Link to comment
lo country
Said in another thread that Tommie Frazier never completed more than 50% save his sr year. He did manage to throw approx 4 times as many TD's as INT's and only threw an INT once in every 43 passes. I'll take that "passing". Beck, like TO needs to call to the strengths of the team and the QB. Truly see what TA can do and sh!t can the rest. Quote Link to comment
