olddominionhusker
I honestly thought it might be a possibility. While I'd love to see it at Lincoln, it would be nice if our game was the marquee matchup even if it was away. But I was listening to SVP today on the way home and he sent a message to Ole Miss. "Take care of business against Memphis this weekend and you will likely be getting a visit from a certain Saturday TV show". Quote Link to comment

hskrfan4life
I take that back, if both Alabama and Ole miss are undefeated game day will be there. Quote Link to comment
HuskerFowler
We are the prime time ABC game. That's what matters. Need to show well thou. Quote Link to comment
Minnesota_husker
If Ole Miss wins, they are probably 8 or 9 and Bama is #3. That is a bigger matchup than a top 10 and a top 20 team in a crappy conference. It makes sense.Could also make an argument for AM/Miss State or LSU/Auburn or Stanford/Notre Dame... All those might be better matchups according to the nation. Quote Link to comment

teachercd
Shoot, they could just spend the entire Game Day show picking out super hotties at the grove! Quote Link to comment
Creighton Duke
ESPN crew would much rather show this all day: than this: Quote Link to comment
Geaux Big Red
And no one would blame ESPN for that move what so ever. Quote Link to comment

Saunders
Get used to it. With the circular voting logic in the SEC, and ESPN's significant financial investment, Gameday will be camped out in the southeast all year. Quote Link to comment
