The national media/football fans are left scratching their heads. If they bring in Frost as HC I am going to be pissed. The fact that so many people on here hold his lack of experience as a head coach for a reason (not the only) means you cannot have Frost on the list....AT ALL! I think there are many fans who wanted NU to go in a new direction, AND that also don't want to see Frost or any other assistant be out next head coach. From what I am seeing, most fans would prefer Tressel or Colorado State's coach. But Colorado state just lost to Air Force. Lol yea that's what we need. And how sad is it that we are looking at a coach from Colorado State...the program NEEDS a big time hire to help the perception of this decision. The proof will be how many big name coaches are actually interested in coaching at Nebraska. We could fall further into mediocrity! Quote Link to comment

Don't hurt yourself when you fall off that high horse!! Almost everyone has lauded how he ran his program, players graduating and staying out of trouble. And they love him, everyone appreciates that. But the bottom line is he wasn't getting it done and that's why people wanted a change. And maybe if he hadn't been such an asshat to the fans the desire for him to be gone wouldn't have been so strong. Quote Link to comment

You call me not a fan for being pissed a good coach was fired. A coach that the players said over and over again they would do anything for was fired because fans like some of you are bitching about this or that. Thats where my problem is. Theres lots of Alabamas and Florida Sts out there to root for if you want to feel good about yourselves. Oh bo thank you for your service while you go on here and ridicule the team and the players.
