ScottyIce
I'm sure there is a perfectly good reason why he had it. 1) glaucoma runs in the family 2) rental car-swears he didn't know about it 3) migraines 4) depression over loss of Bo 5) delivering it for Carl 1 Quote Link to comment

RedRex
Before we get too excited, gotta remember that the citation was for paraphernalia. That can be pretty widely interpreted in a traffic stop, and often dismissed when you go to court. I wonder what the original stop was for. I had a HS buddy get a paraphernalia ticket for a pair of alligator clips he used to bypass a broken ignition switch on his POS truck. Deputy didn't even bother to show up for court... DISMISSED. C N Red
How do they know its drug paraphernalia as pertains to illegal drugs? I actually use a bong to smoke tobacco. Also, isnt it legal to sell bongs in a store? So how is it illegal to have them in your car or on your person? Quote Link to comment

whateveritis1224
There was residue I believe. Can you tell the diff between say fun dip residue and weed residue? Two completely different kinds of 'highs'. Probably brought a dog in. Got pulled over recently and a cigarette was smashed in my cup holder and the cop who pulled me over called in a dog to check for weed. Quote Link to comment
