Roy Helu Jr. to Oakland

Recommended Posts

Funny reading people talk about 40 times and typical Raider moves as if Al Davis were still there. Oakland had quite the draft in 2014. Helu will backup Latavius Murray who looked real good at the end of last year.

I'm tellin' ya, Zombie Al Davis is running the team. Here is photographic evidence:

I would think Helu would have a great chance of starting, if he's going up against Richardson. Helu has been the better NFL back.

Then again, it's the Raiders.

Hit the nail on the head with that.

I guess I dont understand their motive here, but yeah....its the Raiders.

I have to admit that I'm not an expert on NFL roster management.

But, is it common to spend $2,000,000 on an RB when you have one that did well for you last year and then go sign yet another (Richardson) that is going to cost you a lot of money?

I think Oakland has also had quite a few issues at running back the past few years, guys not panning out and injuries.
