2015 NBA Playoffs

Running the math on this, the Clippers are right at 100 possessions per game in the post-season. Jordan is averaging 34.3 minutes per game. The Hack-a-Jordan shortens many of the possesions while he's on the floor but 34.3 minutes out of 48 is 80% or 80 possessions. 80 possessions at 0.33 points per possession would be 26 points per game. That's crazy.

Thibs is a good basketball coach but they need a change imo. Also not a fan of the motion/screen and roll offense Thibs was running. The team played with absolutely zero passion last night and instead of fighting until the end they looked like a team who was ready for the season to be over with.

Josh Smith has been unbelievable. Houston does this with Harden on the bench practically the entire 4th quarter. Crazy game.

Great fight and execution by the Rockets, but also a huge collapse and lack of closing by LA. It will be interesting Saturday night to see how it affects them, because they put a lot into that game. What an awesome series!

Heard them talking about Thibs on the radio this morning. He's a tremendous coach, so it's too bad, but they've got to try something different.

They would have been in a much better position with a healthy Pau Gasol though IMO. As soon as he went out, their offense went stagnant.

That's because he is the only scoring threat in their front court (other than Mirotic, who has been nonexistent in the playoffs), so when he goes out, the spacing gets all out of whack and Cleveland could just crash the paint and help on Rose and Butler. The same thing happened to Cleveland when Love got hurt. The difference was their role players were making shots and Chicago's weren't.
