megalomaniacal narcissist

This. He's also showing some sociopathic tendencies. That, of course, could just be staged for publicity, but regardless, Trump seems to legtimately have 1+ psychological disorders going on. He's drunk from his sense of power. Very much looking forward to him being destroyed verbally and tactfully-- coming soon, to a stage near you!

So...let me give you a scenario.

I was recently on a business trip eating supper with several people I have worked with for a long time. We know each other very well.

We got to talking about our kids and sports.

I was talking about my daughter in track and cross country. I simply mentioned that a few of the girls on the team have gotten slower as their bodies have developed. Which, happens. It's simple biology.

Anyway, the one woman in the group just had a cow because I would even think about talking openly about women getting slower as they go through puberty.

This woman was just astonished that I was so non PC.

That's BS. Sorry, that has nothing to do with being polite or respectful, it's discussing a topic that is actually true.

I often times walk through the office, if I get a new shirt, many times a woman will say...."Hey, I love your new shirt....looks nice". Do you think I would even THINK about saying something like that to a woman in my office???? Absolutely friggen not. That has the potential to explode into something absolutely not intended and trouble for me.

THESE are the situations that just frustrate the hell out of me in the entire PC world we live in now. When you can't simply have conversations because you constantly have to worry about offending someone.

Liberals use this type of stuff in politics all the time.

It has been constantly said that people who don't like Obama as a President must be racist...that's total BS. I just don't like him as a President, it doesn't have anything to do with him being black. But, there have been lots of liberals trying to make all opposition to him a racist issue.

Here's my biggest concern with Trump. Yes, I obviously have some concerns about how foreign affairs will go as should everyone. I had an opportunity to work security at one of his events here in Iowa recently and listen to him speak. Obviously he's very comfortable speaking and has no issues there. He still hasn't come out with specific plans on how to "fix the problems" that we're facing as a country right now. There is a real chance he's going to be the republican nominee. His numbers are big enough you can't really deny that at this point. I REALLY hope he has people in place already working on the specific plans he thinks will "make america great again." If not, that's really scary and makes it appear that he just did this to see how it would go and if he could really win the nomination for the Republicans. His interaction with the press is toxic from time to time, he jumped all over a guy for doing a pan away shot at the event I was at and it was unnecessary IMO and came across immature. I like some of the stuff he says and I cringe at other stuff that he says. He's a billionaire, I get it that he's full of himself, but SOME things he says just make me go, "WOW!" I hope that he starts to softening his approach some and comes up with some real plans that he can talk about on a knowledgeable level because at this point I don't have anyone that's sticking out to me on the Republican side. I will NOT be voting for Bernie Sanders or Hilary Clinton no matter what, due to personal reasons and things I disagree with them on adamantly. Unfortunately I won't have the opportunity to caucus here in Iowa on Monday, I'll be on a cruise so I'm not heart broke about it!

One thing I think people should consider is abstaining from voting for president. State/local stuff probably has more impact on people's lives anyhow. I can't understand people thinking Sanders would be worse than Trump though. Neither can do *that* much as far as their actions (the president doesn't have as much power as people seem to think) but Trump can do a sh#t ton to damage the reputation of the U.S. which I don't think would be a problem with Sanders. Cue the people who think our rep doesn't matter.

I've not voted for president before due to "meh" candidates and I'd do it again. I have no opinion on the Sanders thing other than I disagree with some things he's said in the past that I personally feel strongly about and the same feelings are there for Clinton, but they're even stronger due to personal conversations I've had with those that have worked around her.

OK....so let me get this straight.

Trump and other Republicans have benefited greatly by Fox News ranting on and on about how people shouldn't support Democrats because they are pinko commie socialists out to destroy American and eat our first born.

But....one of their talking heads says some negative things about Trump and asks him some tough questions and Trumpy is too much of a wimp to handle it?

And Trump supporters are too stupid to realize he is such a phony and that Fox News is a joke?

It absolutely amazes me what a total mess the Republican party, Fox News and the Tea Party have created for themselves. If the problem wasn't so serious, it would be hilariously funny.

The problem is, how do you deprogram people who are so full of crap being fed to them.

This happens on both sides. I honestly don't know the answer because these people will never honestly try to listen to another point of view. They just keep feasting on media that agrees with them and leads them farther and farther down the path of idiocy.

Yeah, I think Dolly Parton had to give up a budding track career for the same reason, and I'm sure there are so so many others. Which reminds me: Serena Williams, does it get any better? One would think other wimmins in her field might figure out the upper--and lower--body strength thing that Serena brings to the table. Her serve and forehands are dangerous. She's a woman among girls. She's blitzed Sharapova 17 straight times!

I mean, Serena could be playing middle LB for the Chicago Bears. Look at the guns on that gurl, and her legs are like fire hydrants. I am surprised that tennis players--both men and women--and women's VB players don't develop their upper body more as one would think more musculature thereof couldn't but be a good thing for them. Just ask Serena.

Naw, you gotta vote on all levels, especially the prez. The prez may not be the ultimate power, but he signs off on the would-be policies those in ultimate power create--like, say, NAFTA, TPP, or their various tax plans, education, yada yada. The things he/she signs off on--or not--effect everyone in the country and also impact the world. So yes, unless you are ttl anarchist, one has to vote for the prez.

Yeah, the Pubs are getting desperate as I don't think they feel they have anybody that can beat Hillary or even Bernie(Bernie is making a yooge surge, BTW). Hence, in walks Michael Bloomberg, LOLOLOLOL(!), like he's going to save the day. He's more Nazi than freaking Trumpf. What a joke, I just laff and laff. The egos of some of these fools, unbelievable. Bloomberg, if he got in, which I don't think he will, has zero chance of becoming prez, it's just so laughable. I think Rubio is the sharpest Pub candidate, though I don't necessarily agree with him on some/most things.
