Guy Chamberlin
Is DiCaprio Bootle somebody's real name, or did they pull it off a Key & Peele skit? Quote Link to comment
StPaulHusker
Was reading an article about 2016 CB commit DiCaprio Bootle and something caught my eye. Supposedly one of the reasons Mosley wasn't a "fit" was because he doesn't have the physical size of some other corners. The coaches - as do most - prefer bigger corners. Mosley is listed at 5-10, 170 lbs. Bootle is listed at 5-11, 170 lbs. Bootle is also a junior in high school still. He's a senior and is part of the 2016 class Quote Link to comment

It'sNotAFakeID
Maybe Bootle has extend-o arms. Quote Link to comment
Warrior10
Maybe they project Bootle will grow a little more and Mosley was done. Quote Link to comment
ADS
I thought Bootle was being recruited as a nickleback. Which may mean he doesn't need to have the size of Chris Jones or Kalu. Quote Link to comment

Regardless of the position he plays it'll be nice to have his speed on D. It's gotten better lately but there were times the past 4-5 years where we just looked so slow on that side of the ball (see Wisconsin, Big Ten Championship game, 2012) Quote Link to comment
