Washusker
Coach Callahan is supposed to be placing an in home visit Thursday This is BC's last chance to convince Castille that he's still our guy, so to speak. Get 'er done, Bill! Quote Link to comment
Eric the Red
Omaha.com. On the subject of undecided prospects, Castille is wavering after he took a recent recruiting trip to Louisville. The 6-1, 235-pound back out of La Porte, Texas, committed to Nebraska in early September. He then raised his profile by rushing for 1,712 yards and 20 touchdowns in Texas' largest class as a senior but said he grew impatient with the Huskers for taking commitments from two additional backs. Roy Helu of Danville, Calif., and Marcus Mendoza of Houston committed after Castille. "It's throwing me off," Castille said. "They're telling me one thing and not showing me the same thing." Castille said he no longer favors Nebraska over Louisville. "Right about now," he said, "I think Louisville has more to offer." Quote Link to comment
ttheKid1*18
Hopefully when Callahan goes there he can convince him to stay here. Finish the job Callahan! Quote Link to comment
Spartness
He also said in his quotes that he still likes Nebraska and wants to hear what "they" (Nebraska) have to say. It's almost like he's saying: Please convince me this is the best place for me. Let's hope he brings Blake with him, and they put on their best faces. Quote Link to comment
Spartness
Actually "convince" may not be the best choice of words. How about please reassure me that I made the right decision. Hopefully, that's what this is all about. Quote Link to comment
HuskerHank
Or match what Louisville promises on the sly....just a thought. I dont like a kid controlling or holding our program hostage. If he wants to be a part of our future, sign on the line, if not ....get it over with. Quote Link to comment

Either that or he is looking for someone to stroke his ego and tell him that since he is now rated at 4 stars that he can walk on water. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Okay: "You can walk on water" We've reserved the time slot after Criss Angel for you. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
Either he wants to be here or he doesn't.................I don't think Callahan and Co. should come and promise this kid the world that way if it doesn't happen he's disappointed and leaves and there we are having wasted a scholorship on someone.......... chuckd
Judging by post titles on RSS, it seems that things went well on the visit. It seems as though Quentin is 100% N! (again) Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
Well hopefully it's true because I want him here, but I just don't want us to promise him the world. You have to earn your spot just like everyone else. Quote Link to comment

(again) You're either in or your not. If Quentin is in, hopefully he is down for the long haul. He sounds like a hell of a player and will be an asset in the future. I hope the decision is the best for him still. Quote Link to comment
