And I wouldn't recommend it on carp that has been prepared correctly. My grandma made the best carp (maybe the best fish) I've ever eaten in my life. She'd soak it in milk and then fry it slowly in a pan for a long time. All the little bones would melt away. Ended up very similar to walleye. Seriously, it was delectable...yes, carp. I mean, could you imagine already having the easiest job in the world...as a marketing dude for Heinz...where your only competition, if you want to call it that, is Hunts...and you are the one that opens up their big mouth and says "I have a great idea...GREEN ketchup." The own like 70% of the market! Did that dude really think green ketchup was going to bump them up even more? I would imagine most of their marketing meetings go like this... "Okay, any new ideas?"
