There was talk that he may play LB.  Has there been any indication from anyone on which side he plans to play?

I'm assuming WR.  But, LB was discussed.

Rob Zatechka discussed Coleman on his latest podcast with Travis Justice.  Zatechka thinks Coleman should try to add 20-30 lbs and be a super fast, high-level pass-rushing DE/OLB.  Zatechka's thoughts are based on Coleman's speed and athleticism isn't found very often at that position.  However, Coleman has indicated that he wants to run track (as a 100-200 meter sprinter) in college, so Coleman would probably want to stay around his current weight to do so, which would make him a WR.

Does this increase the chances Mickey can flip Raiola?

Recruiting experts say no. Even when he was casually interested we were only 3 or 4 on his list anyways.

Pass rushers make a $h!t ton of money in the NFL... maybe that's enough to convince him to give DE/OLB a shot.

Unfortunately, WR's also make a ton of money in the NFL, too. there seems to be more competition at WR at the collegiate and pro level, tho

Guys that are natural-born stud pass rushers don't seem to come around very often

If Coleman has the build and traits to be a potential stud pass rusher, it should be a no brainer.

He may LOVE track, though... do what you love.

That was exactly Zatechka's argument for trying to have Coleman play an Edge rusher.  Coleman is very raw, but with his athleticism, intelligence, and willingness to learn, he has a ton of potential.
