Redux
Great finale. Sasha did what I expected, fitting end to an original character. Quote Link to comment
ScottyIce
Can't wait for Rick to kill Negan. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow...That was great. Rick Grimes in one of the baddest m-f'rs is TV history. Hyped for All Out War now. Part of me hoped he was going to hop on Negan's throat like he did to some guy in season 3/4? That was particularly awesome. Quote Link to comment
ScottyIce
Other thing I forgot to mention, did you like the army soldier Dwight left behind that said "I DIDN'T KNOW" Quote Link to comment
sho
Guess I was wrong re: Sasha. That was a good finale. Somewhat predictable in certain respects, but full of good development, story progression, action and drama. Just too bad the entire 17 episode arc seemed to be playing the waiting "kind of building up" game. Season 7 is the worst since Season 2 imo. I still enjoyed it for the most part and will keep watching, just too bad because I thought Season 6 was the best one yet. I think we could see Season 8 as "War on the Run." I'm not sure how they can just sit at Alexandria or any of the camps... They are all aware how many people Negan has, so staying put, would be a poor choice. Can't wait for Rick to kill Negan. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow... Part of me hopes they never kill Negan. Not wanting Negan to win the war, and push Rick and his group away, but figuring a way for Rick to win and maybe incorporating Negan to be in their group somehow. Maybe he can be in Morgan's prison for a while with Dwight. I loved the season finale, love how the trash heapsters flipped on Rick. I'm curious as to where Gregory was in all of this when Maggie was leading the Hilltop to the war. And season 8 has the potential to be the best season yet. So much action with a war, so many deaths, then the walkers entering the fray somehow to, I can't wait for October now. Quote Link to comment

At the end of the previous episode, Gregory tells his guard to ready a bag and they are taking a trip. He had the map to the Sanctuary that Simon gave him. This implies he is paying Simon a visit because he is worried Maggie is taking control of the Hilltop and Simon told him to come talk to him if such a situation arose. Quote Link to comment

I'm surprised he didn't show up at the Sanctuary at the very end when Negan was pissed. Would've been a sweet ending if he would've just clubbed him with Lucille just before the credits rolled. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow... Yeah the most logical thing to do after the loss of Glen/Abraham would be to flee, the Saviors' territory can't go on forever. There should already be a flow of refugees leaving VA. And their original reasons for coming are gone as there is no Wizard of Oz. Quote Link to comment
The Dude
The trash people made a deal with Negan for 10 what?People, maybe? We don't know the specifics, but Negan said "people are a valuable resource" after they settled on 10. Quote Link to comment

In this world, the more people you have the stronger you can be. I'm guessing, now that they had the weapons from Rick, they made a deal for more people. Quote Link to comment

I think Negan said "12" and Garbage Girl said "the deal was for 10" So does that mean people that are being transferred from the Dump to the Sanctuary? Quote Link to comment
Redux
You have it backwards. She wanted 12, Negan said 10, but she ultimately relented at 10. Quote Link to comment
