  2. For reference, here's how we've fared in previous classes. The better classes have had 7-9 four-stars. So we'd need over half of those guys to commit to be in the top quartile or so. Class Average Recruits (# 4*+) 02 .8316 18 (2) 03 .8316 19 (2) 04 .8331 20 (2) 05* .8589 31 (8) 06* .8592 22 (5) 07* .8587 26 (6) 08 .8449 29 (3) 09 .8580 19 (2) 10* .8642 20 (5) 11 .8832 21 (9) 12 .8791 17 (8) 13 .8675 24 (7) 14 .8495 25 (3) 15 .8616 21 (4) 16 .8686 21 (5) 17 .8781 20 (6) 18 .8768 24 (6) 19 .8850 27 (7) 20 .8805 25 (10) 21 .8764 20 (4) 22 .8668 18 (2) 23 .8715 26 (2) 24 .8807 31 (5) * 2005 - Leon Jackson isn't on 247's list but was a 4* on Rivals * 2006 - Major Culbert doesn't show a rating on 247 but was a high 3* on Rivals * 2007 - Armando Murillo (JUCO) not included in 247's list * 2010 - Stanley Jean-Baptiste and Chase Harper (JUCOs) not included in 247's rankings
  3. How long do you think Israel can continue the, "oops, that was our bad we didn't mean to it was an accident we're looking into how to do better" narrative before the American sentiment would definitively turn against them?
  4. True. There was virtually no uproar or footage regarding the 150,000 Iraqi civilians who died violently in that war.
  5. This just in. War sucks and is hell. Innocent people get killed, many unintentionally. In the case of Israel and terrorists embedded within Palestinian neighborhoods, one could expect the collateral damage to be even greater. I’m not necessarily endorsing everything Israel is doing but I also find it unsurprising and somewhat expected.
  6. I think weight nowadays is a little overrated for skill guys. If you are worried about him being jammed at the line there are ways around it. If someone is fast and has really good hands you can get them the ball. Granted I know nothing about the kid but being 160 doesn't automatically qualify you as a project.
  7. Wow. There's a lot to unpack if you read the whole article.
  8. Right. That's why I corrected it in the post you reposted. Point remaining that the effort to provide aid through a temporary port is an international effort, including funding.
  9. I'm not sure. Maybe a little bit. But we've had quite a few guys interested before. We'll see how we close.
  10. And that's why it's always important to submit your FAFSA forms.
  11. The pier installation is the US and the US only. We are not receiving financial aid to build it.
  12. Today
  13. Nobody on here uses real names. I am not trying to bash you, I am just curious because your point of view is different. Just wondering where you played or had your kids play to obtain that point of view
  14. https://www.instagram.com/p/C7hDcDgRE5T/?img_index=7 Sure, we believe you.
  15. Apparently Reed wasn't actually the one filming it. But he also probably knows what he's looking at.
  16. So how can Israel be supporting international aid efforts and thwarting them at the same time? It's not that hard when you think about it.
  17. My brain is telling me to hurry up and bet UTEP -28 in the first game of a freshman's career.
  18. Not the physical pier itself, but the operation and some of the funding https://www.defense.gov/News/News-Stories/Article/Article/3786751/more-than-1-million-pounds-of-aid-moved-into-gaza-via-dods-temporary-pier/#:~:text=The U.S. is also working, into Gaza from the sea. The U.S. is also working closely with Cyprus, the government of Israel, the U.N. and international donors including the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and European Union as part of the multi-step process to move aid into Gaza from the sea. International donors first ship aid into Cyprus where it is screened and packaged before being loaded onto ships to be transported to the temporary pier. "This is a complex humanitarian aid mission that requires continuous coordination between many partners," said Dan Dieckhaus, the director of USAID's response operations. "The support and contributions of the U.N., the government of Cyprus and other international partners, including the U.K., European Union, United Arab Emirates, France, Romania and others is vital, as is the cooperation of Israel."
  19. last place trophy? do you have a link to that?
  20. Bit of a leap from "expresses its official condolences" to "thoughts and prayers" wouldn't you say? Read the whole thing again and tell me what message Iran should take from it.
  21. and some people just love to give last place a trophy and call it a good thing..
  22. It would be great. The problem is that the terrorist infrastructure is stealing the aid, and the host country is actively opposing the support and occasionally killing aid workers. Multiple countries are involved in the effort, which you may have noticed is taking place in pure chaos. If you or Bonchie have a plan for guaranteeing aid to to the people who need it, we're all ears. But we both know this about blaming Biden in the most hyperbolic terms possible.
