  4. Lately, our bats have been having issues with our big 10 foes 3rd weekend pitcher.
  5. In today's college football news, Clemson, Virginia Tech join SEC, 2 other teams under consideration. Greg Sankey issues statement that they will likely still stay at 8 conference games as Alabama inks scheduling deal with Merrimack and Stonehill. Florida and the school of the defunct Confederate Army, Citadel, signs a two-game agreement.
  6. https://www.politico.com/news/2024/05/05/pro-palestinian-protests-columbia-university-funding-donors-00156135 Is politico on the right or left? I have been asking were the funding is coming from for these protests. If this was Fox I would expect this answer. If politico is on the left, I guess they are saying these protests are counter productive to Biden's reelection, so why are his backers funding them? "President Joe Biden has been dogged for months by pro-Palestinian protesters calling him “Genocide Joe” — but some of the groups behind the demonstrations receive financial backing from philanthropists pushing hard for his reelection. The donors include some of the biggest names in Democratic circles: Soros, Rockefeller and Pritzker, according to a POLITICO analysis."

  8. The Huskers played like they wanted to get home quicker.
  9. "Supposedly one of his final five" (for whatever that's worth)
  10. Russia is the bad guy. But you still need proof of your accusations. You are posting propaganda.
  11. When I teach students today...they don't see/get USSR/Russia as the bad guy... It is so far removed from their life. When I teach (art) of the Cold War I show this, you probably remember it, it was a HUGE deal and after the "movie" ended they had phone #'s to call if you needed to talk
  12. Yesterday
  13. Yeah….its just so interesting that two factories, that produces the same caliber of artillery catch fire….i think in the same week. One in the US and one in Europe. It really is hard for you to accept that Russia is the bad guy, isn’t it.
  14. Didn't you say your friends had an Ooni? Did you happen to try pizza from it and if so, what did you think? That heat just changes everything. That electric Ninja was great, really kept a high temp.
  15. Czech and Estonia, I can see that. The rest seem fishy??? Maybe?? It seems like, proximity wise, there are two countries that russia would not f#&% with, Germany and of course Poland (Which of course that name is absent from these lists because the Poles would beat the hell out of russia). With that said...I am sure that russia is "up to something"
  16. Gas... My friend has the electric Ninja and it is awesome. When it hits 700 it really means 700. We do pizza in 3 minutes, period. The wood fired ones are crazy hot, 900+ degrees. But I sort of got jumpy today and grabbed one at the store instead of just hitting up FB marketplace and getting an old used Ooni It is not that the one that I got is bad and I do think I get get it closer to 700 but there is just something about that 3 minute cook time that makes the pizza soooooo good. This is sort of what I do though, my Mom instilled so much guilt about buying anything at all that I end up trying to save some money and buy the cheaper version.
  17. Missing: Proof. Also, anyone w/Ukraine flag in bio just like the Russian flag is a guaranteed propaganda account.
  18. Is it electric, gas, or wood fired?
  19. It’s already happening. And, let’s not forget, one caught fire in the US too.
  20. Bit the bullet and got one today. Cuisinart 3-1 pizza oven. Not bad but not great. It says it gets to 700 but I think 630's (like my credit score) is more accurate. So, what is the big deal with that difference? Well, 700 and up you are cooking in 3 minutes. 600-630ish...8-9 minutes. I added in some adjustments to see if I can get to and keep it at 700 so we will see. It was 200 dollars. I sort of wish now I had just got the 300 dollar Ninja Woodfire one which I have used before and have cooked pizza in 3 minutes.
