    I'm ready to rag on our offensive game plan now. Pretty disappointing. Defense, you've played your heart out and put our team in situations to be successful, but this offense has got to be better.

    I think the thing that people ought to learn about CFB by now is that there is so much parity across the country it's unreal. Yes, there are teams with more athletes than others, but typically it's the team that shows up with the proper desire and attention to detail that wins the game.

    I hope we have a couple wrinkles in our run game that Beck is planning to throw at MSU. If we can gain yards on the ground and take care of the ball, this game is ours for the taking.

    The adrenaline is building up for this weekend. HUGE Husker game, and a conference tournament for my team. I'm not one to wish time away often, but I hope Saturday gets here quickly.

      I don't see a change in the coaching because I don't think there has been a true change in the fans/alumni perception of what that program should accomplish.

      He looked a lot more natural in the pocket, threw with accuracy, and kept defenses honest. He still had a little goofy of a throwing motion, but not as bad as later on. He sure torched Okie State through the air.

      He did torch Okie State through the air. He also made some terrible throws to wide open receivers. It's not a slight against him . . . he had the physical tools to be great but throwing was never going to be his strong suit.
