    Might just be press-conference-speak, but sounds like there may have been a little mutuality in the decision, which might make it easier to explain to the players.

    While I agree with the decision, I don't feel happy about it like when Callahan was fired. I liked Bo. Really wanted him to be the guy. I wish him the best. He did some good things here and we should remember that.

    People want to say we're arguing Pelini's a bad coach, no, he's a bad fit. Look at Rich Rod. Did terrible at Michigan. Is taking Arizona to a Pac 12 title game. It's about fits.
