I think you guys are dreaming if you think Tommy won't be the QB next year. Unless POB turns out to be Peyton Manning in a husker uniform, we aren't gonna see him till 2017.

Maybe this is already fairly obvious, but it seems to me that Tommy will never flourish in a quick passing attack due to his long wind up and release. I feel like Tommy has to sling the ball like a rocket to get it off in time for the route and it just makes for an inaccurate or uncatchable ball.

Call a timeout so the clock stops huh? That makes even less senseI mean, you call a timeout, you actually get to run the correct plays and we win the game. So actually it does make sense. I hardly think 1 second matters.

I can't help but think if we win, we spoil Wisconsin's season. But if we lose, it doesn't really matter for us. We won't win the west.

Honestly so sick of this excuse to not let Darlington play. If you're gonna take a kid who's had concussions anyways, and then not let him play because "Oh no he's had way too many concussions" what's the point of being on the team anyway?

Offense: I'm going to say Westerkamp, but I think the receiving corps as a whole will have a good day. Defense: Maliek Collins/Vincent Valentine. I think they're going to get in Taysom Hill's head when they bring the pressure early. He'll scramble out from the pressure but I feel that BYU will be one-dimensional on offense, making it relatively easy for the rest of the defense to contain Hill.

The way I see it, sure we haven't lost that many players, but we're installing a new offensive scheme. Now, in this scheme we're expecting to throw the ball a lot more. The problem is, our QBs aren't exactly comfortable with throwing the ball in this offense, or even at all. I'm afraid it may be less of a QB battle than a "who can step up and throw the the least-bad." Bo was extremely lucky the past few years having studs at RB and having great Defenses to fill the void at the QB position. I feel that is why he was able to succeed here. Now, we still don't have a great QB and we're missing the safety net at RB while switching the offense to highlight passing. Sure we have better coaching, but if we don't have the resources to utilize in their philosophies, how much good does it do? I don't think we'll win 10 games this year. I think we have the potential to if we're shown something completely different than what we've heard out of practice. Maybe I'm wrong though, at we see sort of a repeat of the 2009 season. Bad offense and a good defense that will carry the team to victory.

We were pretty short at Linebacker, weren't we?
