I saw that view the first time.. I dont think he gave good effort. He just stuck his arm out while he had his other arm on the rec. He could have gone low with his shoulder or tried to grab a leg. Instead he just sticks his arm out. He had a lack of effort just like this on one of Illinois other scores.

His effort on this play made me angry to say the least. If I saw that from one of my players he would be coming out for a few plays.

Who was the referee everyone was creaming over a few years back? Isnt he from Nebraska?

I get what you are saying. I just feel peole were quick bash mills saying he has no vision. In the 1st game he actually had some nice side steps to avoid the first would be tackler but because no one was blocking he got hit by a 2nd and 3rd guy. He has improved in each game. People act like Mo has awesome vision and i dont think thats the case sometimes. He has made some nice runs by going in the opposite direction the play is supposed to go and just using his speed. He also runs on the wrong side of blocks sometimes. They both have room for improvement and its not like Mills isnt producing. He is 2nd amoung rb for TDs in the big ten. I think he will continue to get better. Now. If he cant make it through a game without fumbling 3 times and he isnt scoring or rushing well by all means sit him

How many fumbles does Mills actually have?? I thought i read 2. Pretty sure MO has one or two and so does AM. Should coaches sit them as well? If i remember correctly Ameer Abdullah had problems holding onto the ball most of his career minus his senior year. Why do some get a pass and others don't?

I just talked to a guy at work who grew up in Ohio and is an OSU fan. He seems to think OSU is very capable of laying an egg against Nebraska. Obviously they have some athletes but I think if Nebraska can witn the turnover battle then they have a chance to win.

The guy actually made a nice play. He actually pulled the ball down from the end closest to Stoll's elbow. He didnt really just knock it loose. Either way I'm on the side that Stoll should have it tucked to his body.

I learned when I'm listening to the game on the radio and the play by play guy stutters, I stop the action in my head until he gets his s#!t straight.

This crap is no different than any other large corporation. I work for the largest paint manufacturer in the world. What they pay me is a fraction of what they bring in. Sure pay the players that same fraction but make them pay for food, housing, medical expenses, everything else they get for free. Paying players is bs.

I didnt say they didn't whiff. Everyone on defense whiffed at some point. I just noted about 2 or 3 tackles i saw that looked how tackles should be. Not going up high and going for a ride for 4-5 extra yards

I think Lee and Taylor-Britt had some of the best looking tackles I've seen in years from anyone on defense. Went low around the waste wrapped up and stopped the guy in his tracks.

Wasnt even about missed tackles which he had but that reciever manhandled him on more than one play and his effort didn't seem there. They went to his side quite a bit and he was making everyone elses job harder

So I watched the game again. Lamar Jackson who I haven't been a fan of in 3 yrs had his best half of football in the first half saturday. He looked like he was on the take in the second half. Especially the 3rd quarter. Probably the worst I've seen him play and thats saying a lot. If I had to blame one person for CU's first score it would he him.

Pretty sure they got out coached on offense too. Frost blew it
