      That's an interesting tidbit. Of course there are only 25M people in Australia but almost 50M roos. Whereas we only have about 1 cattle per 3.5 people. But still twice as many cows as roos. Maybe because a cow is roughly 8-10 times larger than a kangaroo?

      It's not good. Kinda gamey and tough. Even Australians generally don't like it that much, at least the ones I know.
