    How is it possible that in 2020 you can still end up with a tie game...in football..

      If they're tied after overtime, put both quarterbacks at the 25 and give them five throws at the cross bar. 

       

      If they're still tied after that, they do another five throws, but this time with a free rusher at the 15.

      We literally made Pledge Paddles in my house. One of the first things we had to do.

       

      They were never used, of course, but that they existed points to that tradition from back in the day.

    What's the deal these past couple of weeks? Seems everyone is trying to one up everybody else on social media for how many pints of salsa they canned. This is why I avoid Facebook. Who cares?

    My body and mind feel like there should be a game this weekend. Crazy how it gets conditioned that way after the years. Maybe it is the fall weather we are starting to get. Anyone else feeling the same way?
