...and BBQ

BBQ, football, whiskey yes-Movies-no way. Domestic movies are so boring! We have no imagination anymore.  All we get are remakes of old movies, sequels up the whazoo or film filled with violence and gratuitous sex. No thank you. I’ll take a foreign film any day. The way they build their chrarlcters and develop their plots beats our movies any day. 

We used to make amazing films. But not anymore.  It’s sad too because there are such gifted writers and screenplays out there but no one is willing to investigate making them into film or if they do they are so different from the book that they are unrecognizable. 

I’ll get off my soapbox but investigate films from other countries and compare them to our stuff.
