    Did brisket in the instapot...came out AMAZING.  Never had tried it before.  75 minutes.

      I'm pretty much a BBQ purist too but if you can get decent, very tender brisket in less than 2 hours (as opposed to 16 hrs) I'll try it.

       

      Dirty little secret......I'm not a huge brisket fan anyway.

      I actually kinda prefer brisket and ribs in the oven.  Maybe it's my magic turkey roaster.
