Come on guys.....be a little cultured.  Weck is a kind or bread or roll that is used for sandwiches in New York.  Typically beef on weck.

I had to look it up, I never knew that.

@BigRedBuster is correct.  Beef on weck is a Buffalo staple where it has thinly sliced roast beef served on a soft roll, and the roll typically kosher salt and caraway seeds on top.  The founders of BWW were Buffalo transplants who were living in Ohio, and they couldn't find the wings and beef on weck sandwiches in Ohio, so they started the restaurant.
