    After thinking about it...that Texas game is my pick. It started off great (for me)...I scored Champions Passes for me and a friend. We left late but pulled up and snagged a free parking spot on O street. We ran over to Champions and of course, started drinking. We went up to the second level to eat and got stuffed...When we left my friend said "I can't believe that is all free" and I said "What? The food isn't free" I thought he paid for it...turns out we just walked out without paying. The game was boring as could be but the partying was decent. But for me, what makes it the worst/best loss is the crazy stories that came out about it. The stories circling about that game and what went on before the game (so not true but I love that it started) in the hotel basement has made that loss legendary. For those reasons, it is my pick is the best of the worse losses.

      Class 5A, which is class B in Nebraska.  We are located 30 minutes from suburban Kansas City and our salary schedule stinks.  Two teachers changed districts and got $6000 raise each.

       

      Did learn today they have one applicant.

      Dang, it must suck bad!  Usually 30 miles from a big city is what most teachers want...that sucks.

    I think that everyone that quits (pretty much anything) does so because they just aren't super into it anymore, some people just do a better job of explaining themselves. When I quit sand volleyball I blamed it on the fact that we went from league champs to league chumps...but in reality (besides that fact that the new people on my team were horrible and couldn't hit the ball over the net) I just really didn't feel like playing anymore. I wanted to be able to concentrated on drinking but NOT playing.

    Naps, over 30 min or under?  I am an under guy.

      I think 20-30 minutes is about perfect but it usually takes me at least 10-15 minutes to fall asleep for a nap, and it's really hard to judge 'how long to take a nap' when I'm trying to inaccurately guesstimate how long it will take me to fall asleep. So, in the end, I usually 'nap' for about 45 minutes but maybe only slept for 20-30 of it.

      I don't even consider laying down for a nap unless I have at least 3 hours to spare.

      Had a scratchy throat after work yesterday so I took several large swigs of bourbon and slept for 2 1/2 hours.  I feel great today.

    I am so glad I am not a gun dork so that I don't have to sit here and start explaining how my rifle is going to stop the tanks that are coming to try and steal my rights away when the Government turns on us and takes away our freedom.

    That 11am MSU game was such a clinic on defense. Nothing crazy flashy just no one open and no running lanes. It was also the first time I realized some of the O street bars did not open at 9am on game day. I was shocked. Do they not like money?

    Same, but that is what being a fan is...we freak out from one play to the next and we are usually pounding back beers and shots while doing it.

    Those online schools have become much better and if it is accredited it would be really difficult to deny the grades. But you never know!
