      @JJ Husker I got a GMG and the recipe said 8 hours at 185 to smoke it. Then finish it off at the higher temp. If I do this, I'll need to start it at like 2 am. The unit comes with a meat probe and thought I'd watch the internal temp with that. I also have a digital instant probe. Got a 12 lbs bird. Thanks for any advice.

      Just got a smoker and following the recipe, it says to smoke at 185 for 8 hours regardless of size. Then cook at 275 for 10-12 minutes per pound until temp is reached. Brining for 24 hours. Does this sound right @JJ Husker? I'm responsible for the bird this year and a little apprehensive about it not sucking.

    When Riley was hired there was a lot of "Would you take a few bad seasons to get to some awesome seasons...or do you just want 9 and 10 wins"  Well...it wasn't Riley that would get it done but it will be Frost.  You can't make an omelette without cracking some eggs...or can you?  I don't really cook.

      Riley was hired to be a unifying force for the fan base. There were Bo-leavers and Bo-lievers. A fractured fan base. Riley brought the fan base together against him. He just happened to do a little more damage than we would have liked.

    I know nobody cares anymore since we have Frost, but Youngstown St. lost to a team with 0 scholarship players Saturday. Things worked out well for us in the end.

      Being a parent to a chronically ill child is one of the hardest things to endure. You never know what the next day will bring. My hope is they have amazing family and friends around them to be with them as they go through something no parent should.

      I think DB was more or less saying that HCSF was conflicted because he loved UCF so much. Also tempering the expectation of the fans that Scott is the end all be all.
