    The more minutes that pass, I can see that this young team has the potential be very good.

      We will be fine, just fine. The sheer effort of these kids is enough to convince they want to turn this thing around just as much as everyone here. 

       

      Losing sucks, but the wins will come. We have talented kids and our great coaches aren't going to let this one go easily.

      The last game I watched on replay was northern Illinois. It is a complete 180 turnaround seeing these kids fly around the field and having fun! No fear of failure. Wins will come, I have no doubt.

      I was annoyed with the silly penalties as well, but I would have been even more annoyed with us being beat by 3+ TDs. Our defense actually bat down passes in the end zone. Barring those early TOs, we win IMO. We had sacks. We had passion. These kids love Scott Frost and we do too. Losing sucks, but we are on the right path.

      Exactly, It'sNotAFakeID, this is our first game. With a true freshman QB and all new staff. We will not be perfect against anybody and to expect so is madness and unrealistic. They will get better. The try and effort is there.

      We saw many positives in the game. The energy and demeanor of these kids should have you excited. You choose to focus on the negative. Haven't we had enough of that over 5+ years?

      I just don't see why they continuously put their players in that position. Go with what's working!! Don't leave it up to excellent pass pro and route running in an end zone with a turf toed QB who completes 50% on a good day. sh#t!
