MyBloodIsRed16
Bout the size of a safety Quote Link to comment
GlobalHusker
If he’s as fast as a safety but can add 25 lbs, good by me. Dre Greenlaw of the Niners is 6’ 229 Quote Link to comment

Stumpy1
Miami landed one of the hottest names in South Floridawith the addition of fast-rising Miami Central LB Vincent Shavers. Shavers, a Miami Gardens native, stands 6'1 and weighs 200 lbs. He chose Miami over Maryland and Rutgers. Shavers spent the last two years honing his craft at Monsignor Pace High School before transferring to Miami Central this spring. As a two-way player, he took snaps both at linebacker and running back. According to MaxPreps, he totaled 56 tackles, 10 quarterback hurries, 8 sacks, 2 pass break-ups, 2 fumble recoveries, and an interception in just 10 games. Shavers spent much of his sophomore year working as a stand-up pass rusher. His tally during that season was 69 tackles and 8 sacks, clearly showing his versatility and impact on the field. Shavers' improvement this spring has been meteoric, generating significant local buzz, much like Stanquan Clark did last year. A source told Canesinsight that Jason Taylor watched him practice this spring and subsequently gave a glowing review to the rest of the staff. This is what was said about Shavers when he committed to Miami. Very good get IMO… 1 Quote Link to comment

Akees
He is only 20lbs lighter than Reimer/Bullock. Doubt he plays the Jack spot at his size. 1 Quote Link to comment
