BigWillie
I've heard locally that he is a Nebraska lean, that we didn't back off of him, and that he is being recruited as a Safety or CB, not as a RB and that he is ok with that. I guess we will know soon enough, I hope he's a husker as it would give me a reason to go watch some Heelan games this year. Not for sure about the Nebraska lean part, but he is being recruited as more of an athlete than any position in particular. Quote Link to comment
Danimal
Would be great to get in as an athlete. Could always try him at rb if we miss on the top targets, if we do get an Oku then Wegher would be a great db-prospect. Quote Link to comment
NevadaHusker27
Committed to Iowa. Quote Link to comment

husker rob
must have decided to play RB in HS, because NU was looking ar him on Defense Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
Well good luck to him at Iowa.....................hopefully he can keep his nose clean. Quote Link to comment
Danimal
Think he'd have been 'sker if recruited as a rb, gave Iowa inside track when we pushed safety, so this isn't a suprise. But it shouldn't be a big deal as long as one of the big-time backs we are chasing commit, which should happen between Oku, Austin, Davis, Green, Burkhead, and Hilliard. If we do somehow whiff on our rb's or Wegher turns out to be uberstud at Iowa you'll hear some grumbling though. Quote Link to comment
HSKRNOKC
Time will tell. I do wish him the best. Quote Link to comment
Apathy
Oct 24 will be the day I'll referee this guy and I'll get a better picture on what this kid can do. Quote Link to comment
Apathy
I know that this guy had a verbal commit to Iowa but today he had 5 TD's for 269 yds rushing and I think one catch for 20 yds. Quote Link to comment

Ohio Pete
I don't think he'll be decommiting from Iowa, but you never know. Of course with the coaching situation at Iowa, might be a good idea to keep in touch with several of the Iowa commits. Quote Link to comment

Yeah, I think if that coaching staff doesn't do something big this season they are gone at season's end. Quote Link to comment
