In the Deed the Glory
Link Congrats man! Awesome! Had the best day of any Husker Dlineman ever! Way to go J. Crick Quote Link to comment
holvy83
Exactly, everybody said all year that if teams focus on Suh, Crick will make them regret that, and he did. Congrats to him and our D, you can't tell me teams are not impressed with this defense. Quote Link to comment
CENTEXHUSKER
Congrats to Crick, great game. He got blindsided on the end-around play, man he took a solid lick....I bet he's feeling it today. Hope we can keep him for the next 2 years GBR Quote Link to comment
Enhance
Great news for this kid. He was so humble during his post game press conference, saying that it all had to do with the other guys on the line and not so much him. Quote Link to comment
J_2_THA_BONE
Awesome! GBR! Quote Link to comment

HuskerT
He was unbelievable. Damn, we got a hell of a D-Line! Quote Link to comment
Paul in WI
He's also 100% home-grown Nebraska beef--and ONLY a sophmore! It was an awesome performance. Quote Link to comment
sewardite4NU
He'll get all the doubles next year...someone will have to fill his role which will be tough, but I bet Steinkuhler will handle it. It'd be nice to see this kind of thing year after year. Quote Link to comment
cscott2win
The Huskers are loaded with underclassmen. We're just going to have to bare with it the rest of this season. Crick has looked awesome all season. Quote Link to comment

He was so humble during his post game press conference, saying that it all had to do with the other guys on the line and not so much him. True, while playing a lights out game he showed no signs of showboating at all. Not even a hint of celebration. But, am reminded of the truth in his statement about the other guys....Ask VandeBosch who was the beneficiary of Albert Haynesworth in the middle at TN.....without him not so good because he gets the attention. Bo predicted this Crick performance early in the season....Crick needs to enjoy this time and better himself with each performance...love to see him do better this coming week than last....would show a high bandwidth to take full advantage of that which is given. The Maudfather
Crick put on a hell of a show this weekend. Probably one of the best performances I have seen by a Nebraska DT...the guy was just flat out dominant. Quote Link to comment

With Allen on one end, Meredith on the other, Crick in the middle and our choice of Moore or Steinkuhler next to Crick. That should be, once again, a pretty darned good D Line. Quote Link to comment
