CornBall
Signature win? Probably against Meeechicken in the Alamo Bowl. Signature loss? 70-10 at Texas Tech. Quote Link to comment

Axl_sued_me
I think the Oklahoma State loss in 2007 was more of a signature loss than Texas Tech. Quote Link to comment
treeeman
Signature loss had to be to Oklahoma in Big12 CC game. Down 21 points in like 2 minutes. While we were in the stands freezing to death Quote Link to comment

While we were in the stands freezing to death Ummm last i knew it was 14-7 at halftime, with a fluke fumble in the first offensive play. Quote Link to comment
cornhuskers4ever
Another Signature win might have been the Texas A & M game in College Station in 2006 when Nebraska moved down the field late in the 4th Quarter and got the winning TD to win 28-27. 51-65 loss to Colorado in 2005 was kind of a signature loss too. It was more of a basketball score than a football score. Quote Link to comment

In 2004 we could chalk all loses (no matter how bad) to it being Callahan's first year.. But in 2007 when we were fresh off a Big 12 North Championship and looking at a great year....that loss at home was unbearable.... haha..2007 sucked! Quote Link to comment
cmb23
I'd say HIS signature win was 2004 over Western Illinois...that made us all think that his new plan might work. I'd say the signature loss would be the shootout loss to Colorado in 2007. When it was over...we knew he was done. Quote Link to comment
klemander
I would say his signature win was wrangling an extension and walking with all that money. Quote Link to comment
irafreak
Signature loss during the callahan error....his hiring. Signature win during the callahan error...his firing. Quote Link to comment
Blackshirt316
Considering the logo on the side of the helmet, Callahan had no signature wins. I'd say his signature loss was '07 against KU. That game guaranteed he had absolutely no chance to be back. Quote Link to comment

I'm sure he smiled all the way to the bank. ON THE FIELD?? Michigan.. and folks on this board were VERY excited about it. remember?? Quote Link to comment
Vince from ShamWOW
Signature win? Probably against Meeechicken in the Alamo Bowl. Signature loss? 70-10 at Texas Tech. For me the signature loss was Sept 11, 2004. Southern Miss 21 - NU 17. Quote Link to comment
