zoogs
I'm surprised. But obviously if that's what he wants to do, he's come to a mature decision and best of luck to him. Quote Link to comment

I'm really not too surprised. It's no fun being a big man when your wheels are all messed up. He doesn't want to be crippled up before he's 30. I can respect that. He had a semester to go before graduating, so I'm sure he's in a hurry to get on with a career other than getting the crap knocked out of him for a living. 2 Quote Link to comment

knapplc
It's too bad to see a guy's body give out on him. The heart is there.... it's the rest of him that's having trouble. Thanks for all you've done for us, Jacob. It's been a pleasure having you on the team. Good luck in your future endeavors. Quote Link to comment
ESPY
Hickman was a great leader on this team & will continue to make a positive impact wherever he goes. God bless him & his family. Quote Link to comment

sarge87
Thanks for the time and passion you gave to the Huskers. Best of luck to you in your future endeavors. Could Suh and Hickman partner up and run a construction company?? I think Suh would be more acclimated to demolition instead of construction. Quote Link to comment
irafreak
Can't blame him. After being a Husker...everything else is a step down. Quote Link to comment

T_O_Bull
Good Luck to Jake. The economy is turning and I have to believe that a career in construction management will have a very bright and signifficantly less painful future. Once a Husker, always a Husker, great to have you as a part of Husker Nation. T_O_B Quote Link to comment
