MLB 51
Still would have liked to have got Larry Johnson Sr. Count yourselves lucky that you didn't. What you got on Larry? Like to here your opinion. I personally don't know too much about him, But heard he could coach and recruit. Quote Link to comment

gobiggergoredder
Commencing the fire Bo thread in 3, 2, 1... How he passed on Mike Nobler is beyond me. Epic fail Bo. 2 Quote Link to comment

HANC
Is anyone concerned that the time that Kaz was at Iowa, they had 7-8 DL leave the program, and this year DL may have been their weakness? Furthermore, he is the main recruiter in the state of Florida, and Iowa ONLY has 4 players on their entire roster listed from Florida... probably a good hire, but these stats don't impress me. HSKR
Congrats coach Papuchis and welcome coach K! Brilliantly timed as well to take the spotlight away from the Caputo announcement. Quote Link to comment

I heard that Kaz and Bo have had this planned since before NU entered the B1G 10. Kaz drove a bunch of the Hawks' D-linemen away in an effort to help out Barney and the NU O-line when we face Iowa. Just something I heard. Quote Link to comment
Nexus
Out of curiosity I calculated the average age of our coaching staff with Bo + 10 assistants (Dobson included) = 42.36 yrs. Cotton and Brown are the grandpa's of the staff at 55. Els is the next oldest at 46 followed by Beck 45, Bo 44, Raymond 42, Fisher 41, Dobson 38, Kaczenski 36, Papuchis 33 and Garrison 31.
