HuskerBowhunter
Sean Callahan @Sean_Callahan I can confirm Vince Marrow has been offered a job on Mark Stoops staff, but he has not taken it per a source. "Still thinking it over." This would be a huge lose! Quote Link to comment
knapplc
Moved to Rumorville for now. If he leaves I'll put it back in Husker Football. Quote Link to comment

HuskerBowhunter
This would be a huge lose! In what way? The guy has been a great recruiter and the lead recruiter of BS. Quote Link to comment
HuskerShark
This would be a huge lose! In what way? Beau Sandland wants him as his position coach. No Marrow might mean no Sandland. There's only one thing to do: offer him the same position here and hope he shows loyalty to Bo and stays. Or let him go. Either way, it's not my call. Quote Link to comment
The Dude
If it might hurt our chances with one prospect, I wouldn't consider it a "huge" loss. Especially since we under-utilize our TEs in the passing game anyways. Quote Link to comment
The Dude
It does appear he does a good job recruiting Ohio, so I guess it might be worth it to have him on as a full time TE coach. Honestly, I didn't even realize he had any hand in recruiting, being a grad assistant and all. We need to keep our better recruiters here. Quote Link to comment
EZ-E
This would be a blow to our staff. Need to keep him here. Quote Link to comment
Hammerhead
Especially since we under-utilize our TEs in the passing game anyways. Maybe I'm not paying close enough attention, but from what I can see, we use our TEs about the same way any other school does. I don't know how often Taylor tries to get the ball to Cotton, but I do know that Reed sees a lot of passes thrown his way. Quote Link to comment
da skers
I would guess that Bo is feeling out RB and Cotton as far as their plans to see if we can get a full time gig for Marrow. Or that we're not losing anyone to a job promotion. At one time if my memory is correct Jimbo Fisher wanted JP as the DC very badly. I haven't followed to see if he's replaced Stoops yet. So there might be a play there. Quote Link to comment
LumberJackSker
i'm sure if Pelini offered him the same position on the staff he would accept, no disrespect to UK but that seems like a step down Quote Link to comment

The basement of the SEC anyway. Quote Link to comment
