Moiraine
Todays world is different. I think that is the reason we have so many problems with kids. Lower high school graduation rates, young teen pregnancies rising. Teen pregnancy since 1940: 3 Quote Link to comment

StPaulHusker
This is what I love about HB. We went from discussing an idiot basketball coach to posting graphs of teen pregnancy and HS graduation rates all in the same thread. Good stuff. Quote Link to comment
Stumpy1
Was watching CNN this morning and they had Kareem Abdul Jabar on and they asked him about the Rutgers coach. He said it was a disappointment and a coach shouldnt treat kids that way. He said his coach, John Wooden, had a philosaphy that he was there to make sure kids graduated, became good people in society and lastly, teach basketball. This kinda sounds like a coach we have. 3 Quote Link to comment

The King
Don't get why everyone is blaming the "kids". The ADULT-MALE ASSISTANT COACH, is the one who brought it to the attention of the AD, NOT THE PLAYERS. Quote Link to comment
