HuskerExpat
"Bo Pelini's drawing fire for an angry tirade that surfaced this week, and subpar results over his 5-year tenure as Nebraska head coach. Oregon offensive coordinator Scott Frost is the logical replacement." http://www.duckstopshere.com/2013-articles/september/bo-pelini-about-to-get-shucked-at-nebraska-frost-a-hot-replacement-candidate.html Quote Link to comment
mwj98
I'm just curious. After the way frost was treated by fans, why would he come here? I remember it well. It kinda got to him. I was shocked because he was home grown. Quote Link to comment
AFhusker
As long as it is as an OC I don't have a problem with it. For the love of god we do not need anymore newbie head coaches here. 1 Quote Link to comment

TheSker
This blogger may have been better off waiting on the official statement from Nebraska before writing this. Quote Link to comment
admo
Would embrace him as HC here. For now it seems Bo is here to stay, unless there are a bunch more lopsided loses. Who knows? All it takes is for the Ducks to make it to the Natty and offers from schools will roll in. Gut feeling he will do a good job wherever. Would suck if he ended up at Texas or USC though. sd'sker
when the op says 'oregon already worried', who, precisely, is he/she referring to as 'oregon'? just some blogger? Quote Link to comment
admo
Yeah it's just to gain hits. Doubt anyone outside of Oregon is thinking the same as the blogger. Quote Link to comment
NUance
Maybe something good will come out of this fiasco. Maybe Scott Frost will get a salary bump out of it. Quote Link to comment
TheSker
Oregon has not won a football national championship. It will be interesting to follow Frost as the season progresses. Quote Link to comment

My lord, the approval rating of a coach is less than a president searching for mythical WMD's unless you win 88-0 every game and win the MNC and move on to challenge the Super Bowl Champion and win that too. Oh yeah.... $$$ > sanity Quote Link to comment

Oh yeah.... $$$ > sanity We don't have high expectations. Most of Bo's faults are simply football 101 and for someone who grew up in the profession he should know better. 1 Quote Link to comment

USC or Texas is not going to offer Scott Frost a HC position after 1 year as a Jr OC. Former OC is now HC so you know there is a lot of hand-holding going on during game prep. This is manufactured "worry". Quote Link to comment

You serious, Clark? Wait, Frost going to Texas might be a good thing. Texas fan would literaly burn the place down. I don't see a downside. Quote Link to comment
