ScottyIce
Why are you guys still talking about 2016 still? Psh, that is so last weeks news. I'm onto bigger and better things, like 2017 recruiting. Quote Link to comment

Not only this, however all the other items that you have passed on to this board. The only omission would be QB - would have to say that was our TOP PRIORITY and we hit a home run with POB Quote Link to comment
Mavric
The only omission would be QB - would have to say that was our TOP PRIORITY and we hit a home run with POB Wouldn't argue with that. My priority list evolved throughout the year. This was just where we stand at the end of the year. Here's my initial priority list from one year ago: Priority: QB - Don't think there's any doubt that a QB more in line with the system Langsdorf wants to run is the top priority OL - Fortunately, we already have two very good commits and leads on others. We lose six OLinemen after this year. Really need some tackles DE - Have some young possibilities here but they all have some work to do. Really need a top-notch plus at least one more. DT - Need to restock here. At least two. LB - Probably continue to stockpile here as the new staff would like significantly more LBs than we've had. Three for sure and 5 wouldn't surprise me. 1 Quote Link to comment

One thing I think you missed was the need for DBs based on how our pass D looked this last season. And we look to have hit that need very well. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
One thing I think you missed was the need for DBs based on how our pass D looked this last season. And we look to have hit that need very well. Eh, I'd argue that our scheme is really bad but that's a different discussion. We always need guys at all positions but I don't think DB was as big of a need as other positions. We still have Jones and Kalu for two more years and I think the two Williams will be good Safeties. Plus we had Antonio Reed, Avery Anderson and Eric Lee who haven't seen the field (on defense) yet and have 3-4 years left. So we had a "need" at DB - which is why I thought we'd take at least 2 Corners and 2 Safeties. But I don't think they were as pressing of a need as QB, OT and DL. Quote Link to comment
