HuskerinSunDiego
Yet another week of the real top 10. You don’t earn your space here by getting an over-rated preseason ranking and then barely hanging on, to keep your place in line. No. This poll is based upon how teams have done on the field. Without further ado, here is the real top 10: 10. Iowa. Good solid thrashing of Iowa State . . . oh wait, they lost? You’re joking, right? Come on? The same Iowa State that got used by Northern Iowa? Maybe we can trade Iowa to the Missouri Valley Conference fo NIU. 10 Notre Dame. They deserve something for leading the Big 10. 9. Ole Miss. Three games, three solid wins for the racists. 8. BYU. Slow white boys are pretty impressive. Thumped Texas, the same Texas who looked solid against UCLA today. 7. Florida State. Due to attrition, they move into the top 10 even though they didn’t play. At least they had a tougher opponent this week than the first two weeks. 6. Oklahoma. They keep winning. Don’t like them, but here they sit. I’m still blown away by the picture of Bob Stoops’s house! 5. Auburn. Nothing but impressive so far. Game against purple kitties next week in Manhattan could be interesting. 4. Baylor. Bombs away again. Three games, 178 points. Is this a great team or the second coming of Gerry Cooney? 3. Alabama. They bore me, but they continue to win. 2. Texas A&M. That victory on the road against South Carolina looking better this week. Probably the biggest win of the season by any team. 2. USC. I told you they were back. Great victory over Iowa State . . . I mean, Boston College. Wait, they lost too? Even the real top 10 occasionally gets things wrong. 1. Oregon. This team is absolutely for real. Has thumped all comers. Today’s thumping of Wyoming was particularly good since Craig Bohl is now coaching the pokes. 3 Quote Link to comment

deedsker
The way to late night top 10. 10. BYU (You're on notice.) 9. Mizzou (Fine...you might be good again. Looking at you Pinkel.) 8. Alabama (So West Virginia isn't terrible.) 7. Notre Dame (Purdue? I can't seem to find anyone else to stick here.) 6. Florida State (Fine.) 5. Auburn (Watch out for K-State. They are a heckuva football team. Lulz) 4. Oklahoma (OMG you beat an SEC team! Why aren't you number one?) 3. Texas A & M (So you can beat Rice too. Interesting.) 2. Baylor (Do you guys ever play on a Saturday?) 1. Oregon (Wyoming is really good, guise. They are gonna win the MW. ) 1 Quote Link to comment
HuskerinSunDiego
The way to late night top 10. 5. Auburn (Watch out for K-State. They are a heckuva football team. Lulz) K-State eeked out a 4-point victory over Iowa State. Didn't look very good. I'm not sure they have anything in the tank. Also, no truth to the rumor that Ron Prince will be taking back the reins next year. Quote Link to comment
Chaddyboxer
9. Ole Miss. Three games, three solid wins for the racists. This is you best post EVER. I LOL. Quote Link to comment
HuskerinSunDiego
It's funny how just a few weeks can pare the field, even though very few teams are playing tough opponents. I was tempted to rate Miami #1, so we could have a victory over a #1 team, but finally decided that Miami didn't deserve to be #1! Quote Link to comment
