The Dude
Um...folks, our defense isn't the problem in this game. You want to solve problems with this team on the message board, focus on the O-Line and play calling.Don't you know anything about football? Third string QB fixes everything. 1 Quote Link to comment
Haspula
that was inside 5 yards nevermind i thought that was a Pass interference Quote Link to comment
Thanks_Tom RR
GET OUT OF HERE, 66! Quote Link to comment
Dr. Mantis Toboggan
Fyfe is better than Stanton. Get. over. it. already. LOL that is an absolute joke. I've viewed film of both. It's not even close, and exactly why I said if I were Stanton I'd transfer. Ask any other college coach in the country who he'd choose, and see what answer you get. Stanton was a 4-star blue chipper playing against some of the nation's top teams in CA, and competing at Top 100 camps (and winning accolades) while Fyfe was playing against talentless slow Nebraska HS teams. Yeah, I get it. You think recruiting rankings mean something come gametime. Are you Brady Hoke? I am sure that Les Miles, Bob Stoops, and Nick Saban seem to like having top recruits. Danny Bateman
I like Roach. Should have been starting all year long. Agreed. This young man has been very impressive tonight. His play on film puts Bando's to shame. Quote Link to comment
ithinkiloverg44
Our poor defense came to play tonight. They played well enough to win this game. Offense make this interesting here Quote Link to comment
shyndy
Getting disqualified for that? Quote Link to comment
olddominionhusker
f#*k!!!! I don't care what anyone says, there goes our season people, get scared! Nah, the games go the way the O-Line goes. I think our top 3 QBs are all pretty interchangeable. I doubt Fyfe has the wheels of Tommy, JMO QB doesnt need great wheels, imo, he needs to read a defense and hit the passes as needed. This is really the main point. We don't need a run threat at QB. We have a stable of talented backs to run the ball. We need to make teams pay when they sell out to take AA out of the game. Whether that's Fyfe or Stanton I have no idea. But I know its not Tommy Armstrong Quote Link to comment
Hayseed
Fyfe's passing was as shaky as Tommy's. Seems like both guys either throw it right on target or to the lady in the 5th row...no inbetween. Quote Link to comment
Thanks_Tom RR
If #66 is ejected, he should have to leave the sidelines, right? Quote Link to comment

Yeah, I get it. You think recruiting rankings mean something come gametime. Are you Brady Hoke? Say what you like, but recruiting classes that rank in the Top 10 have won how many national championships in a row? I've lost count. Just look at Ole Miss for example -- #1 recruiting class in the nation a couple years back, and look what happened today. Stars don't matter, if you have coaches who can coach the kids up. We don't have those coaches. Quote Link to comment
Danny Bateman
Lol I said the same thin Tom. A bit more colorful. Felt good. Quote Link to comment

Better add in TA's "passing." Really though we now have how many D guys out and they're still playing pretty well. Quote Link to comment
