Redux
You know who I would like to see here if we lose Bo. Bret Bielmea, I mean he was what we want our Husker team to look like right. I know he is struggling in Arkansas but he does have a good rushing attack and they did knock of LSU lol. Hell naw! That dude makes me want to punch myself in the face. Yeah but he has a hot wife. Thats all he brings to the table Quote Link to comment

NUinID
I just want a guy who is going to bring in a offense like, well hate to say it but Wisconsin, Stanford. I-Form smash mouth football with some throwing formations. I am tired of seeing the spread formations. I mean we can run a uptempo smash mouth brand of ball and wear down teams just like the Oregon's do. Am i wrong? Actually the offensive style I would like to see is power run with option mix and play action passing. This was Nebraska's bread and butter for about 25 years. It would still work today. You could throw in some zone read if you want to also. Quote Link to comment

Didn't Danny Nee have a hot wife? Just sayin', that didn't end up too well, IIRC, yes? Quote Link to comment

Undone
Frost's resume is no more impressive than Bo's was in 2007. He's never been an FBS head coach. Therefore, he's a gamble. Just like Bo was a gamble. Make the decision Osborne was incapable of - throw a dump truck load of money bags at the guy who's won at least a conference title with an FBS program. I'd take D'Antonio or David Shaw, in that order. 1 Quote Link to comment
teachercd
I am not a fan of Shaw. I think the best coach, in the Pac 479807 (considering what he has to work with) is Mike Riley...I don't want him either though 1 Quote Link to comment
minnHusker6
Bielema will be a thorn in the Huskers' side again. When Ferentz quits, resigns, fired, Bielema will right there to swoop in. He is filling his gigantic ego right now proving he can coach in the SEC. I'd say with in 5 years or so he will add to his Hawkeye tattoo. Quote Link to comment
Undone
Either way, I don't want another "up-and-coming" assistant who's never been under the spotlight before. Get someone that's proven. Throw the huge sacks of money at him. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
Not interested in Frost because he doesn't have the experience necessary to do the job. Bo didn't work out, he was a coordinator before, time to find someone with head coaching experience to come in here and make this program successful. And for crying out loud can we bring back some power frigging football?! 1 Quote Link to comment
