This is generational money my friends, and by that I mean that she and her family would always be rich beyond the dreams of most any of us. If she invests the sum and it earns a very modest 2% she earns $19,500,000. a year. Save $5 million out of the earnings and her net worth spirals upward rapidly. I realize that this is a lot of money that will set her up for life. But if you know that your ex is worth 20x more than what they are offering you and you hate them, don't you dig in to get more?
