Ed Helms
Says Stanford and UCLA are the "big ones right now." Announcing on June 23. Has visits planned to Arizona, Washington, Stanford, UCLA, Alabama and Nebraska. Article didn't sound good, at all. Except the part where he says that he "feels like Nebraska is my second home," and he always a great time when his friends and family visit Nebraska, everybody loves it, and when he mentions that Keyshawn and Gebbia may end up here, also that Marquel Dismuke is his best friend and if he's here he's going to take a long look at Nebraska. But yeah besides that, it didn't sound good at all. Quote Link to comment

But yeah besides that, it didn't sound good at all. Sure, when asked specifically about Nebraska he had nice genuine things to say. He's a smart respectful kid who respects our staff and program. But he made it pretty clear UCLA/Stanford were the top. Maybe "not as good as many thought/hoped" is a better choice of words. Quote Link to comment
swmohusker
Thought he was a long shot. Always thought stanford would be the place he lands. Ucla being in the mix surprised me a bit. We are in the picture and a lot can happen before signing day. We could have a great year and mora leaves ucla. Who knows? But we are in the hunt and he will have connections to Nebraska with the Calabasas crew Quote Link to comment

Warrior10
Today at the Opening: Stanford and UCLA tied at top, Neb mentioned. Sounds like we are 3rd at this point in time. 1 Quote Link to comment
