Yes, this is his "office". kind of weird he doesn't have anything plugged in or that his desk is nowhere near the outlet and data jack. it also looks like the room he is in is being remodeled given the bare concrete floor and lack of baseboard. i'd say this pic was taken as a joke for the sole reason to post this tweet.
