KazLong
Nice to see him doing that. Looks like finally might have his head right. Quote Link to comment
C N Red
Pretty cool. Nebraska kids get it. Wish we could teach other out of state players what it means. Oh wait, that might take a whole 2 hours out of a day when the freshman arrive. Quote Link to comment
ndobney
I think we should strongly consider retiring this kids number for his leadership in our darkest hour. Quote Link to comment
In the Deed the Glory
I think we should strongly consider retiring this kids number for his leadership in our darkest hour. I will respectfully disagree, and I bet Jack would as well. Quote Link to comment
JJ Husker
Nice gesture. Gangwish is one of the very few bright spots of this team. 2 Quote Link to comment

It'sNotAFakeID
It's good to see that from Jack. Essentially nobody wants to lose: the coaches, players, fans, nobody. 1 Quote Link to comment
zoogs
Jack is a great representative for this program through a very tough time. Happy to cheer for him & this team always. I hope they manage to salvage some kind of better ending to this season. Quote Link to comment
zoogs
It's good to see that from Jack. Essentially nobody wants to lose: the coaches, players, fans, nobody. Yup, well said. We're in this together. This season has gone lousy. Let's hope it can end on a high. Quote Link to comment
It'sNotAFakeID
I'll add that these seasons should never happen, and that nobody would wish a losing season upon anybody. But they unfortunately do happen, and it is possible to take losing with class and make a rational and calm decision about how to handle the position Nebraska currently finds itself. No one person is bigger than the program, and that includes the fans. Quote Link to comment
True2tRA
I wish Jack could've been a part of something much bigger and better here. I hope the effort he has put in still has an effect that ends up being a part of that bigger and better future. If someone just learns from guys like Gangwish, in their effort and leadership, maybe it's the spark to ignite the fire in this program again. We need all we can get right now and in the darkest times, it's hard to be the light, Gangwish gets massive respect in my book for being that guy. Somewhere down the road, I hope Gangwish at least finds it rewarding in another way if he can look back and say that he did everything he could to keep this ship pointed in the right direction. Take pride in that, and if any of the young guys on this team even care to notice that, maybe they can learn from it and continue that pride. 4 Quote Link to comment

cm husker
It's a shame the talent on this team is being wasted. 1 Quote Link to comment
