I'd argue it's a similar setup to our current election. Some might tolerate one over the other, but generally I'd agree with you. Plenty of info about that parasite on the web. I'm not asking the internet. I'm asking you. and I just told you.. You didn't, but I'm moving on. Yes, I did.. I said he was a parasite. Again... http://www.cdc.gov/parasites/ A parasite is an organism that lives on or in a host and gets its food from or at the expense of its host. Now, consider what he does to make money. Does that explain things better? Don't worry. I'll just assume BRB speaks for you from now on. 1 Link to comment
84HuskerLaw
Hillary ran against Bernie Sanders and one other guy that people can't even remember the name of. Martin O'malley, I think. That's hardly 'many'. Realistically they were given a choice between a Democratic Socialist (Bernie) or a fairly moderate Democrat (Hillary) and the DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz put in work to make sure it wasn't much of a fair fight. What's the Republican's excuse for ending up with Trump? The Dems have been trashing every Republican candidate for decades without regard to truth or validity. Therefore Hillary supporters are voting for her over all other candidates from all parties. They run negative ads throughout the campaign and spend majority of their campaign time spewing about their opponents (all not just Bernie Sanders). She trashed Obama as well even attempting to use race as welll. That is beyond shameful and disqualifies her in and of itself as well. It should for reasonable people. Why don't you support a good candidate? That is my point. Just to say she is better than Trump but offer no specific reasons - says you don't really have any - just knee jerk voting Dem no matter what. That is the problem in this country. Link to comment

Danny Bateman
It's *kind of* a massive strawman to say that all Democrats do is trash their opponents and run negative campaigns. Negative campaigning is part of any campaign. It is more overt in some campaigns than others, but it's always there. Even Sanders, who fundamentally believes in running a positive campaign and not running negative ads, did some of both down the home stretch. It's the most effective way to draw contrast between yourself and your opponent, and the numbers back up that it works. I'm with Knapp. Who is considered a "good candidate"? Johnson called Trump a fascist and went after Clinton on the foundation as well. In a town hall he called her "a wasted vote." Every headline I see mentioning Stein is just her dumping on Clinton. I guess I'm not sure who we're supposed to vote for. All that's left is Harambe, and he almost hurt that little boy. Even so, he is outpolling Stein. Link to comment

Jeb Bush is an honorable man. Far and away better than the Clintons, as one of many examples. As far as I am aware, Bernie Sanders is an honorable and honest and decent man. He's a political KOOK (but so is Hillary for that matter. Huckabee is a good and decent man with governmental executive office exeperience exactly equal to Bill Clinton (same state even). Ben Carson is a good and decent and honorable man. Extremely intelligent and even Black! To give just a few 1 Link to comment

zoogs
I'm going to (I *think*?) throw 84 a bone here and say it appears he was assuming these GOP-hatin' libs add bonus points to black or minority candidates in typically simple-minded liberal fashion. And that he found it unusual for a black man to possess intelligence. At least one of those statements is merely a partisan cheapshot. 1 Link to comment
