I'm not going to say I would do any better (but I am not releasing weekly podcasts), and I am sure I have a verbal crutch that I use when I talk a lot, but all the "ya knows" are so freaking annoying. Lastly, please consider silencing your cell phone. Otherwise, it's a fun casual podcast- for people complaining, they must not listen to many casual podcasts.
