The Big 10 has been doing the bracket-crossover since the tournament expanded a few years ago IIRC, but the Big 12 never did it that way. I kind of like it

That's the reason Meyers is saved for Sundays. I supposed he could DH and have Schreiber in the field when Meyers isn't pitching.

I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you, but this isn't youth baseball where a kid can play a game in the outfield and then come in and start as pitcher 4 hours later.
