In the Deed the Glory Posted September 4, 2017 Share Posted September 4, 2017 I had to talk to my dad about this. He told me he was concerned with the offensive line. While we all have concerns, I felt better about them after the game than at anytime in Cav's tenure. I thought they looked athletic and it resembled, albeit loosely, the 90s running game a little. It was a unique offense we were facing. Not unique in their style, but their tempo and desire to keep doing the same thing over and over until there was a mistake. I don't know what we did to change it up in the 3rd qtr, but it worked. I had heard that Coach D kept things very Vanilla this game to avoid giving Oregon much to look at for next week.
