If Bryant consistently battles injury this season (which would technically describe the current situation for him already), either Lee starts getting completion ratings *at least* in the low 60s and throws no more than one INT per game or we have nothing going for us on offense. Nothing.

I'm worried about Tre's knee. Got to manage that situation, no? Why not work in a stable of RBs, if this is the case? Get Jaylin those carries. Let Ozigbo get in there. Make sure Bryant has a good chance of making it through the season.

We'll see what happens.

If not a new injury, it's a nagging injury that appears will plague him throughout the season.  Interesting to see who reallt steps up.  As you noted, no running game and a 50% passer won't work..

Agreed. 

It's troubling to not have seen Ozigbo in the Arkansas State game at a minimum if for no other reason but to give him touches, operating under the assumption that Bryant should probably not touch the ball more than 15ish times per game.

It seems clear that Bryant can't do 20+ without injury at this point. So...

I think they should skip Ozigbo and go right to Jaylin Bradley with some extra touches.  If you are able to recruit a quality RB, use the kid!!!

Considering Bryant has persistent knee issues, was held out of practice last week and had to be helped off the field after what equates to a standard tackle, I think Bryant's issues are troubling.

Ozigbo is simply not that good.  Look at his stats from last year.  His best game is worse than Newby's worst game.  

 

No idea why they tried to force him out there all the time but I think they finally figured out it wasn't going to work.

 

There's probably some truth to this and it explains getting Bradley into the mix.

My guess:  that may have been his last chance to get a win in that stadium.  We got close enough to to be maddening to a guy with Riley's history there.

I like it. When a normally laid back nice guy gets pissed off, people tend to respond. If you just rage and scream all the time it gets tuned out

It's like when you expected your parents to yell at you for something but instead they just calmly say they are disappointed in you..
