The Dude
I'm kind of surprised Farley "only" had 5 sacks that year. It seemed like he had at least that many against Florida. Quote Link to comment

swmohusker
David versatility is crazy. He could play in space in the big 12 and cover like a safety and hit like a LB, and then he goes to the B1G and plays downhill football in the trenches and still dominates. Guy plays all over the field and is dominant against any type of offense he faced. College or pro. Quote Link to comment
OmahaPlaya
David for one his last name is my first name and him on that drive at Penn State when they got that stop was epic! 1 Quote Link to comment

Two of the ints were returned for TDs Farley also returned a punt for a TD in 1996 Another example of how dominant Nebraska was in 1995. 62 tackles led the ENTIRE TEAM. That's crazy. Lots of 3 and outs and not as many people made it through the D-line to get to the linebackers. Quote Link to comment
TGHusker
This was amazingly difficult - draw straws. As someone said Farley was so disruptive. If I had to build a D around one of these 3 LB, it would be him. Williams was a sack force off of the corner. Bo had him in the right spot in the right D for him to excel. Starting wt Barrett Ruud - what a duo. If Frank had an offense that team could have been really special. But again - another year when the D was great and the O not so much. David could do it all. I went wt Farley in the end. Quote Link to comment
B.B. Hemingway
David (outside of Suh), may be the best defensive player Nebraska has had this century. I went with him, but oh so close. 1 Quote Link to comment
MichiganDad3
Keep in mind Farley only played 1.5 years. Terrel Farley Highlights Edited April 14, 2018 by MichiganDad3 Quote Link to comment
