Courtesy Flush
We sat right behind the bench and watched the demeanor of the team the whole game. Here’s what I saw on the sideline: - The focus at the start was perfect. Guys looked great. - Mo Berry was exhausted after the first defensive series. He rarely sat with the rest of the defense. He seemed off. - When Huskers got up 17, multiple guys lost focus. Guys dancing on the sideline, guys telling jokes. Older guys effecting newer guys on both offense and defense alike. - When they came out in the third quarter, most of the DBs were laughing and joking with some guy walking in stands behind bench that knew them well apparently. A bunch of non-game related b/s. Major distraction from the game as the offense was on the field. - More dancing and messing around during timeouts. Especially RBs and DBs. - Start of 4th QTR, defense comes off field complaining of holding after longest play in CU history. DBs looked defeated. - After Huskers score, a lot of relief on their faces more than anything. Acted like they were surprised. - Adrian constantly coming off field frustrated and looking like he was at a loss. - Oline looked gassed after first few series and never seemed to recover. - The coaching staff was all over the place in the 4th. Not organized, coaches running around looking for players, and not huddling with groups as frequently as the first half. The good news: - The younger guys we’ve picked up this last year are way bigger than some of the current juniors/seniors. They just look different. - JoJo Domann, Lee Jr., Garrett Nelson, Ben Stille, Sullivan, Daniels Brothers all focused all the time. - The QBs group was always focused, always trying to learn and talk to teammates. 4 great young men right there! - no pi$$ balloons were thrown our way. 5 Quote Link to comment

After he got here we are winning some quarters and losing games. 0-6 last year was not on coaching. This team does not know how to play 4 quarters. Osbourne wouldn't do anything other than support Frost 100% and agree with everything he's doing. I doubt the old man could do better. Oh my god man lol Quote Link to comment
dvdcrr
Oh well at least the team bus will go home with more weed than they came with! Does ESPN keep a stat for that? Quote Link to comment

BIG ERN
I know that Frost knows offense, but one thing that bothers me sometimes is that we have one option on pass plays. Other WR or TE are running off DBs not even looking for the ball. Quote Link to comment
4skers89
Thanks @ZMagers22 for your observations. On one hand Frost wants the team to have fun but on the other he probably wants them engaged in the game and focused. You would think eventually they will figure out that winning is a lot of fun and their behavior isn't helping get it done. Quote Link to comment
